.SYNOPSIS...A STATIONARY FRONT EXTENDING FROM NEAR TAMPA BAY
FLORIDA TO NEAR VERACRUZ MEXICO WILL GRADUALLY DISSIPATE THROUGH
SUN. HIGH PRES WILL DOMINATE THE GULF WATERS DURING THE EARLY PART
OF NEXT WEEK. HURRICANE MATTHEW IS FORECAST TO MOVE THROUGH THE
BAHAMAS AND OFF THE EAST COAST OF FLORIDA. WINDS MAY INCREASE
SLIGHTLY AROUND THE OUTER PERIPHERY IN THE EASTERN GULF BY THE
MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
