SYNOPSIS FOR THE GULF OF MEXICO
432 PM EDT WED APR 26 2017

.SYNOPSIS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE OVER THE GULF WILL SHIFT SE AHEAD 
OF A COLD FRONT MOVING OFF THE TEXAS COAST THIS EVENING. THE FRONT
WILL STALL FROM SE LOUISIANA TO NEAR VERACRUZ MEXICO THU THEN 
HEAD NW AS A WARM FRONT AND INLAND BY EARLY FRI. A STRONG ATLC 
RIDGE WILL BUILD W ACROSS THE GULF FRI THROUGH SAT AND PRODUCE 
STRONG RETURN FLOW BASIN WIDE. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO 
THE WESTERN GULF SUN AND SUN NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL WEAKEN AS IT
MOVES FROM THE CENTRAL TO EASTERN GULF THROUGH MON NIGHT.
