.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM CENTRAL LOUISIANA TO NEAR
BROWNSVILLE TEXAS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHERN GULF WATERS THROUGH
TONIGHT. THE BOUNDARY SHOULD LIFT NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT SUN 
AHEAD OF A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKING ACROSS TEXAS AND LOUISIANA
MON AND TUE. THE NEXT COLD FRONT WILL ENTER THE GULF REGION ON 
WED FOLLOWED BY STRONG WINDS. GALE CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE OVER
