Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico
449 PM EDT Sat Oct 21 2017

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh SE winds will prevail over Gulf
waters today. Winds will become light SE to S ahead of a cold
front arriving on the Texas coast Sun evening. The front is
expected to reach from near Apalachicola Florida to the NW corner
of the Yucatan Peninsula by Monday afternoon, and from Sarasota
Florida to NW Cuba by Tuesday afternoon. Strong high pressure will
build southeastward across the area in the wake of the front
producing gale-force winds over the SW Gulf on Mon and Mon night.
