SYNOPSIS FOR THE GULF OF MEXICO
439 AM EDT SUN MAR 26 2017

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRES OVER THE AREA WILL WEAKEN DURING THE NEXT
SEVERAL DAYS. A STATIONARY FRONT JUST INLAND THE TEXAS COAST WILL
GRADUALLY DISSIPATE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. SE FLOW WILL INCREASE
OVER PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN GULF THIS AFTERNOON...THEN DIMINISH 
BY MON EVENING. THE SE FLOW WILL INCREASE TO FRESH TO STRONG ON 
TUE OVER THE WESTERN GULF AND EXPAND EASTWARD TO OVER MUCH OF THE 
CENTRAL GULF ON WED AS A WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE TEXAS 
COAST. THE FRONT IS FORECAST TO MOVE OVER THE FAR WESTERN GULF ON 
THU...WITH THE FRESH TO STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS SHIFTING TO THE 
CENTRAL WATERS. A THERMAL TROUGH WILL MOVE WESTWARD ACROSS THE BAY
OF CAMPECHE EACH NIGHT AND DISSIPATE BY LATE MORNING.
